Coordination with all Sales and Placement department.
Supporting placement related activities.
Other Jobs pertaining to Training and Placement. Has to study or understand candidate (for screening the profiles for the clients and shortlist candidate as per vacancies and organize and schedule interviews)
Maintaining and regularly updating Database of the candidate.
Organizing pre-placement training for candidates (Interpersonal Skills, Resume building, Soft Skills, Mock Interview)
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Two+ Yrs experience in similar position in a training Institute / College / University /Staffing.
Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills and should have enthusiasm to work towards maintaining brand equity among Candidates.
Knowledge about end to end recruitment cycle.
Knowledge about resume reading and resume building.
Good in reading and understanding the Job Description.
